Welcome to Reviewers.com (the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Loox Online Ltd.  (“Loox”, "we" and "our"). Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). The Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Loox. By registering or using the Service in any manner, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Service or use it in any manner. The Service is not directed at users under the age of 18.

About the Service
Reviewers.com connects people who love discovering new products and sharing authentic video reviews with brands they’ll love. Some parts of the Service allow you to contact us, submit inquiries, provide feedback, register to the Service, connect with other brands and receive product reviewing opportunities from them.

Please note that registration and use of the Service does not guarantee that you will receive product reviewing opportunities from brands, and that such brands and us are not under any obligation to make engagements or business arrangements with you, partner with you, provide any products or services to you, engage in any present or future marketing activities or engage in any discussions or negotiations with you.

Loox strives to maintain transparency, fairness, and compliance with the applicable law, while fostering a safe space for authentic customer feedback. Therefore, creating or providing critical or negative reviews will not be a factor weighing for or against receiving product review offerings from brands.

Acceptable Use of the Service
When using the Service, you must refrain from –

  • Breaching these Terms or any other applicable rules and instructions that we may provide.

  • Interfering with, burdening or disrupting the functionality of the Service.

  • Breaching the security of the Service or identifying any security vulnerabilities in it.

  • Circumventing or manipulating the operation, or functionality of the Service, or attempting to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled, inaccessible or undocumented on the Service.

  • Using or launching any automated system to collect and compile content from the Service.

  • Displaying the Service or any part thereof in an exposed or concealed frame or linking to elements or portions of the Service.

  • Displaying content from the Service in any way which may alter the content or its design.

  • Impersonating any person or entity, or making any false statement pertaining to your identity, employment, agency or affiliation with any person or entity.

  • Linking to the Service from web pages that contain pornographic content or content that is unlawful or encourages prohibited activity such as racism or wrongful discrimination.

These rights apply, among others, to information, articles, images, content, graphic design, data and its processing, the Service’s “look and feel”, computer code and any other detail concerning its operation.

You are not allowed to copy, duplicate, distribute, sell, make available, market and translate any information, including trademarks, images, pictures, texts, and computer code from the Service, without Loox's explicit prior and written consent.  Trademarks featured on the Service (whether registered or not) are the sole property of Loox and/or its third-party licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

We do not claim ownership over the reviews you provide in relation to the Service. By creating and providing your Review in relation to this Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, free-of-charge, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and transferrable, license to use and display such reviews (including commercial use as well as copying, modifying, distributing, posting and making derivative works) on or through the Service and on any other online or offline platform or media, for facilitating the Service and for our promotional and marketing purposes (the “Purposes”). You further waive any claims against Loox or anyone on its behalf relating to any intellectual property rights, including moral rights and rights of attribution, with respect to your review, used for the Purposes.

Links & Brands
The Service may contain links to content published on other websites provided by third parties and offers to contact brands offering product reviewing opportunities. We do not operate or monitor these websites, content or brands. You may find these brands, websites, or the information and content posted there, objectionable or not compatible with your requirements. By offering content with brands or linking to a certain website, we do not endorse, or sponsor their content, or confirm their accuracy, credibility, authenticity, reliability, validity, integrity, or legality. We assume no responsibility or liability for such brands, third-party websites or content, or their availability, or for any transactions or dealings made between you and such brands or third-party websites.

From time to time, we may change the Service’s structure, layout, design or display, as well as the scope and availability of the information and content therein, without prior notice. Changes of this type in their very nature may result in glitches or cause inconvenience of some kind.

YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF SUCH CHANGES OR FROM ANY MALFUNCTIONS OR FAILURES THAT MAY RESULT THEREFROM.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Tel Aviv District Court shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any claim in connection with the Service or in respect of any matter relating to these Terms.
