Each campaign is tied to a specific product page (PDP), with the option to include variants so reviewers can choose the item that suits them best. You can gift 5 or 10 items per campaign, with each reviewer receiving one item. Creating a campaign takes just a few clicks: select your product, choose the number of items to gift, define your target audience, and optionally customize the review timing. You can also add a campaign brief and include up to three screening questions to ensure you’re reaching the right reviewers.

Yes, you can add a suggested brief for Reviewers participating in your campaign to help them understand what’s important to you and your brand - whether that's highlighting specific features, demonstrating unboxing, or capturing your product in action.

Your campaign goes out to everyone in our community who fits your specified audience. Those who claim the offer first are directed to your product page, where we provide them with a free discount for the item, including shipping. They place the order on your site, and you process it as you would any other order. You’ll see all your orders within your Shopify admin. All Reviewers.com discount codes are prefixed with “RVS-”, so you’ll be able to easily identify the orders associated with your Reviewers.com campaigns.

Once your reviews come in, you’ll be able to manage them within your Shopify admin. You can export your reviews at any time and retain full usage rights. If you are using the Loox product reviews app, they will go directly into your review widgets. If you are using a different product reviews app, you can import them easily into your existing widgets.
