I’m getting an error at checkout - what’s going on?
Each offer has a limited number of items. If you’re getting an error at checkout, the offer likely ended. Head back to the original offer email and click the link—if it’s no longer available, you’ll see a message confirming that.

I clicked the offer link but got an incorrect message.
If the message about your offer status doesn’t match your situation, contact us at support@reviewers.com and we’ll help sort it out.

The product is out of stock.
If the site says the item is out of stock, let us know at support@reviewers.com.

I didn’t receive my order / there’s a shipping delay.
Please reach out directly to the brand that sent the product. They’ll have the most accurate shipping info.

I got the wrong product or something’s off.
We’re sorry to hear that! Contact the brand directly - they’ll be able to help you with replacements or fixes.

I need to change my shipping address.
Contact the brand directly as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, they’re the ones handling shipping.

I’m having another issue.
No problem. Reach out to us at support@reviewers.com and we’ll take care of it.

Where’s my profile?
There’s no login or dashboard right now. Everything happens through the email you used to sign up, so check your inbox for offers and updates.

Who can join Reviewers.com?
Right now, we’re open to people in the U.S. who are 18 and older.

Do I have to post my review on social media?
Nope. It’s totally optional - but if you do, we’d love it if you tagged the brand and us @reviewerscom on Instagram!

How do I get offers?
Once your sample review is approved, we’ll match you with products we think you’ll enjoy. You’ll get an email when you’re eligible to claim an offer. Right now, there’s no way to search for products directly, but you can follow us on Instagram to see what’s coming up next.
