Frequently asked questions
On this page you can find all the information you need about your Reviewers.com campaigns.
As a design partner, you get access to the Reviewers.com community for free during the design partnership period. We’ll help you set up your campaign and be with you each step of the way throughout it.
Each campaign will be shared with relevant reviewers in our community and promoted on our Instagram account. This gives your brand and product visibility across our entire reviewer base. If you’re interested, we can also do a Collab post on Instagram, as well as tagging your brand.
We currently focus on women in the US aged 18–50. You can narrow your audience by age within that range.
- Reviewers join your campaign and receive a 100% discount code (covering product and shipping, limited to one item only)
- They use the code to order directly from your product page
- You see the order in Shopify like any other, so all of your flows and notifications work as usual
- Reviewers.com sends them a review request email based on your existing timing
- If you use Klaviyo for review requests, we can tag these orders so you can exclude them from your own flow
- Reviews automatically sync into your Loox account, like any other
To reduce the risk of ghosting, we make it clear at every step that reviewers must submit a video review to stay in the community. While some ghosting is natural with sampling campaigns, we take steps to minimize it. For your first campaign, we’ll cover up to $1,000 worth of unfulfilled products as account credit.
You can define the audience demographics such as gender, age and geography, but not the specific reviewers for the campaign.
Right now, we only support single product campaigns. We’ll soon be adding the option to offer a collection. You can however run multiple campaigns for different products.
You can select between 20-50 product samples to give away. Just make sure you have enough inventory before the campaign goes live.
You will be able to select the campaign type in the future.
As a design partner you have a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Reviewers.com. We’ll ask for your feedback on everything from the campaign flow to the reviews you collect.
Yes, you will have the rights to use the reviews, just like any other review you collect.
A high-quality video review should have good lighting, clear audio, and meaningful, honest content describing the reviewer's experience with your product.
Reviewers join your campaign with the understanding that they are expected to leave an honest review. We will automatically add a “Reviewers.com” tag to relevant orders, to help you identify the orders that should not be allowed to return/refund.
Yes. All reviews follow FTC guidelines and so you can display them in your Loox widgets and Google Shopping listings.
Reviewers.com can only be used by Merchants using the Shopify checkout.
Let us know your target audience, what product and how many items you’d like to give away and we can kick things off for you. Feel free to reach out to support@reviewers.com if you have any additional questions.
